The Assam Right to Public Services Act 2012 was enacted to ensure timely delivery of notified services within prescribed time frames. When the act came into force, our brief was simple: let the citizens know about their right and inform them about the act and its benefits. We created a Press and TV campaign utilizing imagery of the "common man" to resonate with the target audience.
